The Island of New Providence -Nassau-

Sandy Port is near public transportation and other fine residential neighborhoods. The property price range for vacant canal front lots start at $400,000 with single family residences starting from $1,200,000 and higher.

These areas of Nassau are at only 10 minutes away from the Nassau Int’l airport and
45 minutes from Paradise Island.

LYFORD CAY

Residential community located on West Nassau and developed by Mr. E.P. Taylor during the 1960s, he was a native of Canada. This is a very private and quiet community featuring high-end golf front homes, canal front,
ocean front homes, and all commanding great market value yearly.

The community offers 24/7 security patrols and control access security gate, a private elementary to high school, a shopping center, fine restaurants, boutiques, banks and a medical clinic.

There is also a club house with local and international membership. Membership is no guaranteed through ownership, no ownership is a pre-requisite to membership.

OLD FORT

THE OCEAN CLUB ESTATES

and residences are located on the Island of Paradise Island. This island is connected to Nassau by two bridges and it’s close to downtown Nassau and the Eastern side of Nassau.

The Island of Paradise offers a resort type environment with several private residences to choose from it is the home of well-known Atlantis resort which offers great hotels, casino, a good variety of restaurants and water related attractions.


The prices can vary depending on the type of property available there are a few

EAST NASSAU
